Si cette organisation souhaitait aligner ses politiques sur les souhaits de ces employ\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;espace de travail, elle pourrait en tirer des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices imm\u00e9diats sur son triple bilan.<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;il est pris en charge, cet \u00e9chantillon n\u00e9cessitera moins de postes de travail dans l&rsquo;ensemble des bureaux de l&rsquo;organisation. Seuls <strong>32 759 postes de travail<\/strong> seraient n\u00e9cessaires pour accueillir l&rsquo;ensemble des <strong>108 713 employ\u00e9s<\/strong>, ce qui signifie que l&rsquo;entreprise n&rsquo;a besoin que de <strong>30 %<\/strong> de sa capacit\u00e9 si tous les employ\u00e9s \u00e9taient h\u00e9berg\u00e9s sur site auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>En se basant sur les co\u00fbts actuels des postes de travail dans des villes comme Montr\u00e9al, l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9conomiserait pr\u00e8s de 70% du budget annuel de location de ses locaux, passant d&rsquo;environ <strong>764,6M$<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>230,4M$<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts pourrait \u00eatre encore plus importante en combinant des espaces de bureaux lou\u00e9s et des espaces de co-working. Les entreprises qui pratiquaient le travail \u00e0 distance sous une forme ou une autre avant l&rsquo;apparition du coronavirus ont probablement eu plus de facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire la transition. Tant que la productivit\u00e9 est \u00ab garantie \u00bb, elles n&rsquo;auraient aucun probl\u00e8me \u00e0 adapter leurs pratiques actuelles \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de travail hybride.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, les organisations qui ont op\u00e9r\u00e9 ce changement soudain par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 peuvent avoir eu des exp\u00e9riences mitig\u00e9es et ne pas avoir per\u00e7u le potentiel des modalit\u00e9s de travail flexibles. La mise en \u0153uvre peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer d\u00e9licate, et le fait de l&rsquo;effectuer par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 dans un court laps de temps peut ne pas avoir produit les param\u00e8tres optimaux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;application des concepts agiles aux politiques du Environnement de travail semble n\u00e9cessaire pour que les organisations alignent leurs ressources sur les besoins r\u00e9els de leurs employ\u00e9s. Par exemple, les t\u00e2ches qui ne sont pas des r\u00e9unions ou des travaux de groupe peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es tr\u00e8s efficacement \u00e0 distance, que ce soit \u00e0 la maison, dans un caf\u00e9 ou dans l&rsquo;espace de co-working le plus proche.<\/p>\n<p>Notre exp\u00e9rience mondiale montre clairement que nous aspirons \u00e0 un mode de vie agile pour \u00e9quilibrer les nouvelles responsabilit\u00e9s de la vie et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de rester derri\u00e8re le m\u00eame poste de travail 8 heures par jour. S&rsquo;adapter aux besoins des talents est le meilleur moyen de les soutenir et de les retenir, surtout lorsque les outils technologiques permettent de travailler en toute transparence et de n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, chaque industrie et culture d&rsquo;entreprise cr\u00e9era sa propre recette.
